We build reinforced concrete pools, poured on site. That means the shape and the depth come from your garden rather than from a catalogue. The work covers excavation, formwork, steel, pipework, the concrete pour, waterproofing, the final surface and the whole filtration system. A family pool usually takes six to ten weeks.

A pool is three things: the shell that holds the water, the system that keeps it clear, and the surface you actually see. We do all three, because when they are split between three contractors each one's problem becomes another one's fault.

Why concrete poured on site.
A ready-made shell arrives in one shape and one size. Concrete has no such limit: steps, a seat, an infinity edge or an awkward corner of the garden are all solved during construction. Concrete can also be repaired and resurfaced after twenty years, whereas a cracked shell gets replaced.
The cost of that is time. Concrete takes weeks, not days. If you need a pool within a fortnight we are not the right answer, and we will say so at the first meeting.

Concrete gives complete freedom in shape, depth and steps, and can be repaired many years later.
Ready-made shell
A ready-made shell installs far faster but comes in fixed sizes.

Most family pools we build have a shallow end and a deeper end. If there are small children in the house, an even 1.20 m is safer than a sudden drop.
This selector is only an illustration. The final depth is settled after we measure on site and talk through how the pool will be used.

We come to the garden, measure and listen. You get a quote with every part priced separately, so you know what is in it and what is not.
Excavation
We mark out and dig. The ground decides the depth and the shape, not a catalogue.

Formwork and steel
Timber formwork gives the exact shape. The steel mesh carries the weight of the water for decades.
Pipework
Pipes, drains and returns go in before the concrete. After the concrete there is no going back.
The pour
The concrete goes in as one pour, so the shell has no cold joints.
Waterproofing and surface
After waterproofing comes the tile, mosaic or liner you see.

We fit the pump, filter and lighting, fill, balance the water and show you how to keep it.

How long does it take to build a swimming pool?
A family pool usually takes six to ten weeks, depending on the weather and the ground. You get a dated plan before we start, and we tell you when the weather changes that plan.
How much does a swimming pool cost?
We do not publish prices, because the price depends on size, depth, ground conditions, surface and the system you choose. Send us the dimensions you have in mind and we will come back with every part priced separately.

Do you build indoor pools?
Yes. With an indoor pool the waterproofing and the ventilation matter as much as the water, so they are planned from the start.

We build and service in Kosovo, Albania and North Macedonia. Our base is in Gjakova. Distance changes the schedule, not the standard.
